Does your AI ever see our real data?
No. Your data is sanitised in your own browser first, so the AI only ever sees a pseudonymised copy — materially harder to re-identify, not anonymous. Your real values and the re-identification key never leave your machine. A third-party AI service processes only that sanitised copy, under a DPA; we don't train models on your data, and all job files are deleted after delivery.

No — and we won't claim it is. It's pseudonymised: materially harder to re-identify, but not anonymous. Being upfront about the limits — column names leave in default mode, and dominant category patterns can persist.
Which AI do you use?
A third-party AI service processes only the sanitised (pseudonymised) data — never your real data — under a data processing agreement (DPA). It doesn't train on your data.
What actually leaves my machine?

Yes — and we're upfront about it. AI does the design and build; that's what makes it fast and affordable. Our guarantee isn't "no AI" — it's "the AI only ever sees a pseudonymised copy, never your real data, under a DPA."
What if I only need one dashboard?
You can pay for a single job. Most clients stay on retainer because dashboards keep evolving and the retainer keeps them maintained and fast.
Which BI tools do you support?
Tableau today. Power BI, Looker, and Metabase are on the roadmap — we'll say when they're live, not before.
Who owns the dashboard?
You do — design ownership is assigned to you by contract.
NDA or regulated data?
